· SCHEDULE:
You will receive an email response within 24 hours with
details; many donors are called by the tow
company within a day to schedule pick up, while
others within 4-5 business days - we will let
you know the schedule for your car. If your
donation cannot be accepted (due to cost of tow
and value of the vehicle) then you will be
called within 36 hours. |

· CLEAR TITLE:
Ask the tow company for specific instructions
on signing of the title in your state. Seller
name must be signed exactly as it appears on
front. Any liens need documentation of their
release. |

· TAX RECEIPT:
The tow company will provide you with our
Charity's 501c3 receipt. If any problem arises,
contact us; we can email, fax or snail mail the
receipt to you. The receipt does not state a
value for your car, the IRS makes the donor
responsible to declare the value according to
its actual condition up to $500
